"This week, the work on staffing and construction of two strengthened lines of defense of the Kursk region was completed.
The work was carried out jointly with the Ministry of Defense of Russia and the border management in the Kursk region," Starovoit emphasized.
The governor added that the 3rd line of defense will be ready by November 5.
