"Martial law": RMA head spoke about russia's innovations in Luhansk region
The russian invaders tell the residents of the Luhansk region that the introduction of martial law is part of the process of integration into the russian federation and that there will be no innovations for the population.
The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai, reported this on Telegram.
According to him, there will be no innovations "except control over telephone conversations, messages on the Internet, checks of postal items, detention on the street for up to 30 days, official restrictions on leaving, searches of vehicles, prohibition of strikes, restrictions on the choice of place of residence, forced resettlement. How they usually say: "There is no reason to panic."
As Haidai emphasized, the russians have almost completed partial mobilization on the territory of the russian federation, but the forced delivery of summonses to citizens has not stopped.
"Martial law was introduced there, but they forgot about the heat supply. However, they report about 98% readiness. However, only in Luhansk, Alchevsk, Anthracite, Pervomaisk, and Rovenky", the head of RMA noted.
The invaders did not consider the cities captured in 2022 in the spring; they do not consider it necessary to do anything there even now.
"None of them will have centralized heating this year. And these are not one thousand high-rise buildings. Their residents are waiting for the 'russian winter,'" Haidai emphasized.
According to him, "the number of civilian educational institutions has also decreased. Why does the "young republic" need agrarians? Thus, the Bilovodsk Agrarian College was renamed the "Cossack Cadet Vocational College named after pavlo dryomov" ("legendary father" or not – they do not specify). When there are no men of draft age, will it be the turn of the cadets? Will they be thrown into the Bilogorivka district?".
