Mass shelling of Ukrainian cities: 10 regions report explosions

With the morning air alert, cities and regions across Ukraine reported explosions: Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Kirovohrad regions.

Kyiv

Several explosions rang out in the center of Kyiv. Mayor of Kyiv Vitalii Klychko reported on Telegram about at least two explosions.

"Several explosions in the Shevchenkivskyi district, in the capital's center. All services are on the scene. Details later," Klychko noted.

There are two columns of smoke rising at the point of impact. Some heard three explosions.

Later, Kyiv Mayor Klychko reported that the rockets hit objects in the city center (in the Shevchenkivskyi district) and the Solomianskyi district.

Zaporizhzhia

The head of the Zaporizhia military administration, Oleksandr Starukh, announced another attack on Zaporizhzhia by the russians. Starukh reported this in Telegram and Zaporizhzhia.Info.

"Another enemy attack! Stay in shelters! The enemy continues to terrorize the city," said Starukh.

Starukh reported that the russians made about a dozen new strikes.

Dnipro

Explosions rang out in Dnipro on the morning of October 10. Suspilne reports that the air raid siren continues in the city and region. Telegram channels publish photos and videos of smoke columns.

Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil

Explosions rang out in Ternopil and Khmelnytskyi. This is reported on social media.

"Explosions were heard in the Khmelnytskyi region. Air defense is working," Serhii Hamalii, head of the Khmelnytskyi region, said on Telegram.

The head of the region urged people to stay in shelters.

Zhytomyr and Lviv

Explosions were also heard in Zhytomyr and Lviv. This is reported on social media.

Lviv Mayor Andii Sadovyi reports, "Explosions are heard in Lviv‼️ Air defense is working. Stay in shelters!"

They also report interruptions with mobile communication in the city, but they are temporary. Operators say they will restore it.

UPD: The head of the Lviv regional military administration reports, "Official: strikes on energy infrastructure facilities in the Lviv region were recorded. More information later. Poltava and Kirovohrad regions

The sounds of explosions can be heard in the Kremenchuk district of the Poltava region and over the Kropyvnytskyi district in the Kirovohrad region, local regional administrations report.

Vinnytsia region

Ukraine's Air Defense operates in the Vinnytsia region, neutralizing russian missile strikes.

Mykolaiv

Today, October 10, around 01:00, 10 S-300 missiles were fired at Mykolaiv. Strikes were recorded on the territory of the university, and warehouses, a residential building, and a power line were damaged. No victims beforehand. Detailed information is being clarified.
