British intelligence believes russia has problems not only with mobilization, but with conscription

In russia, significant problems have arisen with the placement, training, and equipping of conscripted and mobilized personnel

British intelligence recalled that on September 30, 2022, russian president putin signed an order to hold another fall draft.

Its goal is to train 120,000 conscripts. By law, these conscripts cannot be sent outside russia.

It should be noted that this draft is conducted separately from those persons who are mobilized under the order on the partial mobilization of September 21, 2022.

According to the British Ministry of Defense, the conscription cycle will begin on November 1, 2022, a month later than usual.

"The late start to the cycle is an indication of growing pressures on russia's ability to train and equip a large number of new conscripted personnel," British intelligence emphasizes.

"The challenges of accommodating, training, equipping, and deploying mobilized and conscripted personnel are significant.

Deficiencies within the russian administrative and logistical systems will continue to undermine these efforts," British intelligence officials said.

Earlier, British intelligence predicted even worse medical care for the russian military with mass mobilization.

Also, British intelligence believes that more people have already left russia as a result of the mobilization than russia used for the war in February.
