The russian Army has decided to transfer russian Guard troops from the Siberian Military District to the war in Ukraine

As the military informed, the military leadership of the Armed Forces of the russian Federation made a decision to transfer to the area of hostilities russian Guard units based in the administrative boundaries of the Siberian Military District and the contingent of russian troops in Syria.
The General Staff noted that units of the 3rd Army Corps, which was recently formed and moved to the territory of Ukraine, are unable to perform their assigned tasks effectively. Weapons and military equipment are outdated and unusable. Soldiers arbitrarily leave their positions and refuse to fight, drink alcohol, or violate discipline.
In the city of Tver, due to the lack of teaching staff and technical specialists, who are involved in the war in Ukraine, training in certain courses has been suspended at the military academy of aerospace defense.
Attacks of the russian army
During the day, the occupiers launched 3 missile and 12 airstrikes and carried out more than 100 attacks from rocket salvo systems. More than 20 settlements were affected by the strikes. In particular, Bilohorivka, Zaitseve, Maryinka, and Bakhmut.
The situation in directions at the front
The situation has not changed in the Volyn and Poliske directions.
In other directions, the enemy fired from tanks and artillery systems of various types:
- in the Slobozhansk direction – in the areas of the settlements of Strilecha and Dvorichna;
- in the Kramatorsk direction – Bilohorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Serebryanka. They also carried out mining on the routes of the possible advance of units of the Defense Forces;
- in the Bakhmut direction – in the areas of Soledar, Bakhmut, Mayorsk, Zaitseve, Yakovlivka;
- in the Avdiiv direction – Avdiivka, Maryinka, Novoukrainka, Novomykhailivka, Sukha Balka.
- in the Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhzhia areas, areas of more than 20 settlements along the contact line were shelled by tanks, mortars, and barrel artillery. Among them are Novoyakovlivka, Hulyaipilske, Novosilka, Novopil, Zaliznychne and Bohoyavlenka.
- in the South Buh direction, more than 25 settlements along the contact line were shelled.
Enemy losses and attacks by the Armed Forces
During the day, the Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Vyimka, Mayorsk, Spirne, Ozeryanivka, Bakhmutske, Kamianka, and Ternovy Pody settlements.
Our aviation made 22 strikes.
Confirmed damage:
- 3 reference points,
- 16 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment,
- 3 enemy anti-aircraft missile systems.
- In addition, our air defense units destroyed two UAVs.
Missile forces and artillery struck:
- 2 control points,
- 12 areas of concentration of manpower, weapons, and military equipment,
- 2 warehouses with ammunition,
- air defense facility,
- 5 other essential enemy objects.
