Russian troops launched a missile attack on the Odesa region early on Saturday, October 1.
Ukraine's Operational Command South said this in a statement on Facebook.
"Two missiles, presumably Iskanders, hit an industrial infrastructure facility, damaging an electrical substation and several surrounding buildings," the report said.
A fire broke out in a private garage. The blaze was promptly extinguished.
No casualties were recorded, the command said.
