Up to two hundred bloody war crimes committed by the russians are recorded every day in the territories liberated from the russian invaders

The headquarters also informed that russia would not pay the salaries of the "Luhansk People's Republic" citizens in the hospital until they returned to the army.

"Due to heavy losses during the hostilities, the morale and psychological state level in the russian units formed in the temporarily occupied territories has significantly decreased.

According to available information, to improve the combat readiness of russia's 2nd Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 2nd Army Corps, the command of the brigade issued an order not to pay salaries to service members who are temporarily absent, in particular, undergoing treatment.

Resumption of payments takes place only after presenting excusing documents and with the personal permission of the commander," the message reads.
