The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine declares that russian troops have received an order from the president of the russian federation, vladimir putin, to reach the administrative borders of the Donetsk region by September 15.

Oleksii Hromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated this, UP reports.

"The adversary continues to hold the occupied areas of the Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions and also tries to create favorable conditions for the resumption of the offensive. Thus, the russian occupying forces are constantly adjusting their plans and actions following putin's order to reach the administrative borders of the Donetsk region until September 15," Hromov said.

Hromov also reported that the enemy continues to regroup formations and military units of the 3rd Army Corps to the occupied territory, presumably to increase the grouping of its troops and create conditions for resuming the offensive in the Donetsk operational area.

"According to the received data, due to significant losses in personnel, the higher command of the russian federation made a decision to disband 31 separate airborne assault brigade of the airborne troops and 22 separate special purpose brigade, in which, taking into account the losses, less than 20% of the personnel remained alive", the representative of the General Staff also said.
