The initiator of the Legion Of Boom campaign, journalist Andrews Tapinas, clarified that the manufacturer WB Group would provide some of the drones for free.
"At first, we expected 25, but we managed to agree on 27, and the Polish manufacturer will provide another 10 to support Ukraine," Tapinas wrote on Facebook.
Warmate drones are light (about 5.7 kg) and transportable, with a range of up to 30 km and a speed of 150 km/h. Can carry explosives.
The Legion of Boom fundraising campaign for arms for Ukraine was dedicated to the Independence Day of Ukraine. According to Tapinas, by the time the fundraiser was completed, Lithuanians had donated 1.545 million euros.
