US calls russia's missile attack on Chaplyne an atrocity

The rocket attack on the Chaplyne station in the Dnipropetrovsk region is an atrocity

As the American official noted, the russian authorities must bear responsibility for this.

"Russia's missile strike on a train station full of civilians in Ukraine fits a pattern of atrocities.

We will continue, together with partners from around the world, to stand with Ukraine and seek accountability for Russian officials," he wrote.
