russia launched hidden measures implementation of so-called "industrial mobilization" — intelligence reports

russia has begun the implementation of hidden measures of the so-called "industrial mobilization" of companies and enterprises in the defense sector.

It is stated in the message of the CDI of the Ministry of Defense.

In particular, in the Rostech company, since the beginning of August, a ban on vacations has been introduced for the entire management team and a large part of the working staff since the beginning of August. In some companies that are part of Rostech, the "indefinite postponement of vacations" applies to 100% of employees.

Also, intelligence sources emphasize that the Military-Industrial Commission of the russian federation (Putin is chairman of the commission) is preparing changes to the state defense order program for 2022, which provide for an increase in costs by 600-700 billion rubles. Approval of the changes is expected in early September.

The hidden "industrial mobilization" aims to ensure the conduct of hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, similar measures are expected to be introduced at other defense enterprises of the russian federation shortly, the CDI adds.

"The campaign to cancel vacations is also connected with the measures to establish full control over the movement of the personnel of defense enterprises. First of all, the management staff, against the background of the latest high-profile cases of treason accusations against certain representatives of the scientific circles of the russian federation," the department concludes.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the state company Rostech currently includes over 800 companies and enterprises in various industries. The corporation's portfolio includes up to 40% of the total volume of state defense orders and priority civilian programs.
