People from 110 countries donated to Ukraine's UNITED24

The UNITED24 fundraising platform has collected more than UAH 6 billion in charitable contributions to support Ukraine. People from 110 countries provided help.

President Volodymyr Zelensky reports on Telegram.

"People from 110 countries joined the UNITED24 platform, and the total amount of donations exceeded UAH 6 billion," the head of state noted.

He published a video about the platform's operation and thanked everyone who joined.

"Do not stop supporting Ukraine. Every contribution is important to us," the President urged.

Earlier, Rubryka reported that with the funds raised through the UNITED24 platform, a MI-2AM-1 helicopter was purchased to evacuate the wounded, referring to United24 and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov. The cost of the helicopter is UAH 23.4 million. 

On August 3, within the Army of Drones project, the first control complex and four Fly Eye drones arrived in Ukraine. 

As Rubryka reported, Saint Javelin, a social enterprise that donated more than a million dollars to Ukraine from selling its products, supports the Army of Drones project. The initiative team has launched a landing page to collect direct donations, and its profits will be directed to purchasing drones in the future.

The United24 fundraising platform is a so-called "single window" for donations from charitable organizations, international partners, and citizens to support Ukraine, in particular, in the following areas: assistance to the Ukrainian forces, humanitarian, medical and children assistance, infrastructure restoration, digital and information counteraction to armed aggression.

On May 17, President Zelensky signed a decree to create the United24 national brand to unite the efforts of international partners in support of Ukraine.  

Famous people became United24 ambassadors, including athletes Andrii Shevchenko and Elina Svitolina, American actor Liev Schreiber, Balenciaga creative director Demna Gvasalia, and rock band Imagine Dragons.
