The National Security and Defense Council and the Ministry of Defense have developed a system for monitoring and controlling weapons from partner countries.

It was reported by the press service of the National Security Council, Secretary of the National Security Council Oleksii Danilov, and Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov.

The new monitoring system was developed as a separate module in the "SOTA" system, in which the NSDC apparatus since 2019 collects data on various spheres of the state's life, including the situation with the pandemic, subsoil, etc. Now it will also monitor the situation with weapons.

In particular, the system collects data on types, quantities, producing countries, supplying countries of Western weapons, and data on their arrival in Ukraine and individual military units.

"This is a completely closed system, intended for use only by the country's highest political and military leadership. These data will not be publicly available. But we want to show that not a single charge or projectile disappears from us — we control everything. Perhaps we will present the system and the ambassadors of our Western partners, but in a limited circle, because there is a lot of sensitive information," Danilov noted.

"Now, we will have three monitoring systems working in parallel. One for SOTA's internal use, another system called Karavai, similar to Car way, which our Ministry of Digital Transformation specialists, together with specialists from the Pentagon, will now finalize and launch in full force. And since 2019, we have integrated the LOGFAS internal NATO weapons accounting system in a limited version. Everything from quantity to logistics and needs is documented there. Our partners will know where and which weapons are located," Reznikov said.

It should also be noted that a single information hub will be established in Ukraine, which should allow to quickly inform the world about the situation at the front and Ukraine's use of Western weapons.

It is stated on the website of the Office of the President, Rubryka reports.

The head of the OP Andriy Yermak and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Valerii Zaluzhny with the US President's National Security Adviser Jacob Sullivan and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley discussed the creation of such a hub in a telephone conversation.

"…a decision was made to create a single information hub in the country, which will facilitate the work of military journalists and Ukrainian and foreign media correspondents. It will make it possible to inform the world community as quickly as possible about the situation at the front and the use of equipment and weapons that the Ukrainian army receives from partners," the message specified.
