Killer country. Terrorist country: Zelensky reacts to missile attack on Vinnytsia
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reacted to the rocket attack on Vinnytsia
Rubryka reports, referring to the Telegram of the head of state.
"Vinnytsia. Rocket strikes in the center of the city. There are wounded and dead, among them a small child.
Every day, russia destroys the civilian population, kills Ukrainian children, and directs rockets at civilian objects.
Where there is nothing military, what is this, if not an open act of terrorism?
Barbarians.
A killer country. A terrorist country," the president emphasized.
As Rubryka reported, three russian rockets hit a building with office premises in the city of Vinnytsia.
"The blows also damaged the Officers' House and nearby residential buildings.
A fire broke out at the landing site, spreading to the parking lot.
About 50 cars are burning there now. Rescuers are working to extinguish the fire," Klymenko said.
We know of two dead, including a small child, and six wounded.

Since russia began its invasion, it has consistently targeted civilians and critical infrastructure. The death toll isn't certain because government officials, UN representatives, and other services responsible for counting the victims don't always have access to locations where people were killed due to hostilities. In an address to Luxembourg's parliament, President Volodymyr Zelensky said "at least tens of thousands" of Ukrainian civilians have died. In Mariupol alone, Ukrainian officials report more than 21,000 civilians dead.
