With care for yourself and yours. What is the Resilience Hub, and how does it work?

On 24 February, the full-scale invasion of Russia started in Ukraine. It has taken hold of millions – changing lifestyles and affecting mental health. On 1 March, the Resilience Hub was created to help Ukrainians take care of their mental health. 

What is the Resilience Hub?

The Resilience Hub is a platform with accessible psychological services for Ukrainians. The purpose is to provide professional and free help to people who need it in convenient formats. The Braincult Centre for Psychological Health and Souspilnist Founadtion founded it. 

What are the formats of help available at the Hub?

Free consultations with specialists from the First Psychological Support Service of Resilience Hub.

How does it work?

Follow the steps to make an appointment with a psychologist at the Stiykosti Hub.

  1. Select your location and click on the appropriate link:

  1. Choose the date and time for an appointment with a specialist in the calendar.
  2. Click Confirm, type your name, email, and phone number.

Then, the system selects an available psychologist/psychotherapist and notifies them. You will also receive an email notification one hour before the appointment.

Text prompts for self-help

Anastasia Niznik is the Stiykosti Hub psychotherapist. She shares tips, techniques, and different practices on the platform. This way, people can take care of their psychological stability independently.

Where to read it?

The material can be read on the Stiykosti Hub website, Facebook and Instagram. A database of available psychosocial support channels: therapeutic communities, telegraph bots, services. The Resilience Hub team provides psychological counselling and advice. The content is regularly updated to help people choose the most convenient way to get help.

What is in this base?

There is a list of services, telegrams, mobile apps, therapy groups and hotlines. They are both Ukrainian and international.

Other solutions. What else does the Resilience Hub team do?

To raise awareness of the importance of taking care of one's mental health, the Resilience Hub has launched a series of #стійкі_разом videos. They feature famous Ukrainians sharing their experiences of supporting themselves.

– Tetyana Stus (Scherbachenko) – Ukrainian poetess, literary critic, and child author and others.
