Russians open fire on residential houses in Mykolaiv, casualties reported

A total of 29 civilians have been injured in Russia's shelling of Mykolaiv Region over the past day.

The relevant statement was made by Mykolaiv Regional Council Head Hanna Zamazieieva on Telegram.

"Russian occupiers continue to shell Mykolaiv Region. Bashtanka District, Mykolaiv District, Mykolaiv and Ochakiv again came under enemy fire. In particular, residential houses were shelled in one of Mykolaiv's districts. Some civilians were reported killed and seriously injured. Such communities as Bereznehuvate, Shyrokove and Radisnyi Sad also came under enemy fire," Zamazieieva wrote.

In her words, a total of 29 civilians have been injured in Russia's shelling of Mykolaiv Region and taken to hospital over the past day.

At the moment, a total of 271 injured persons are staying at Mykolaiv Region's hospitals, and 125 people received medical aid outpatiently.

A reminder that, on June 4, 2022, a Russian artillery rocket hit an apartment block and destroyed three floors in the city of Mykolaiv.
