French Foreign Minister visits Bucha
French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna, who arrived in Ukraine on Monday, visited Bucha.
The head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Oleksii Kuleba, announced this on Twitter.
"Today, French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna visited Bucha. Bucha is a symbol of the russian army's crimes against humanity," Kuleba said, adding a photo of the visit.
He thanked for the solidarity and comprehensive support of foreign partners.
Colonna, recently appointed French Foreign Minister, arrived in Ukraine to demonstrate its state's solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
In Ukraine, she will meet with her Ukrainian colleague, Dmytro Kuleba, and President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The French Foreign Minister became a French high-ranking official who has visited Ukraine since the beginning of russia's invasion. President Emmanuel Macron has so far avoided a visit to Kyiv.
