De-miner dog Patron receives the most prestigious award for dogs in Cannes

Chernihiv Sappers' Dog Patron, who helps detect explosive devices, won the Palm Dog Award at the Cannes Film Festival.

Patron's favorite Patron received the PalmDogManitarian award for the connection between humanity and dogs, the State Cinema reports.

The Palm Dog Prize is awarded in Cannes to the best dog in a film festival.

This unofficial award was launched in 2001 by journalist Toby Rose, inspired by his own French fox terrier, Mattley.

It is held annually on the penultimate day of the Cannes Film Festival.

The major prize went to the silver poodle Brit from the movie Military Pony by Gina Gammell and Riley Keo.

This has resulted in a severe shortage of skilled labor, which is essential for Ukraine’s reconstruction. Rubryka spoke to Michael Paulo, program director of the Skills4Recovery initiative focused on supporting the training and retraining of skilled workers in four key sectors crucial for the country’s recovery: construction, transport and logistics, agriculture, and the services sector.
