russian army shell 41 settlements in Donbas: 6 killed and many wounded

As a result of the enemy shelling of settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, at least six people died, and twelve were wounded.

The Joint Forces Group reported this on Facebook.

"On May 25, russian troops shelled 41 settlements in Donetsk and Luhansk regions. As a result of enemy shelling, six people were killed and twelve wounded."

According to the military, the invaders destroyed and damaged:

• 52 high-rise and private residential buildings,
• secondary school,
• the community center of the health institution,
• recreation center building,
• the railway line and Ukrzaliznytsia buildings (Pokrovsk, from which the evacuation takes place),
• outbuildings, garages, cars.

During the day, SES units extinguished eight fires, and de-miners found and neutralized 33 explosive devices.

Also, in the past 24 hours of May 25, the rescuers evacuated about 760 people from areas of hostilities.

As Rubryka reported, according to the General Staff, the russian army is trying to take control of the Lyman and improve the tactical situation near Sievierodonetsk.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine repulsed ten enemy attacks in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions.

During the past 24hrs, the Joint Forces destroyed:

• four tanks,
• one unit of special equipment,
• two artillery systems,
• one armored personnel carrier,
• one enemy car.

Air defense units shot down 4 Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles.
