russians involve more than 15,000 servicemen in assault on Sievierodonetsk
The situation in the Sievierodonetsk direction is challenging; the occupiers have concentrated their significant efforts on capturing the city.
The Skidnyi Variant reports.
Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Vadym Denysenko, is confident.
"The situation in this area is complicated. The russians have thrown tremendous forces there.
As of now, there are more than 25 battalion tactical groups. One such group contains 600-800 people and more than 30 armored personnel carriers and ten tanks," Denysenko said.
The adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs noted, as before, that the russian invaders want to "encircle" Sievierodonetsk and reach the borders of the Luhansk region.
"Besides, the occupiers are storming the city of Lymanat at the same time. So the situation there is challenging," he said.
Denysenko also added that in the next four weeks, russians would concentrate all attention and forces in the battle for Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
"The entire future history of this war will depend on this battle," he said.
As reported by Rubryka, the General Staff says the russian army continues to conduct an offensive in the direction of Sievierodonetsk.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed almost 20 military equipment units and about 180 occupiers in the east in the last 24 hours.
