YouTube banned 9000 channels, which produced fakes on the war
YouTube has removed more than 70,000 videos and 9,000 channels that spread fakes about the war in Ukraine
The Guardian reported this.
According to the YouTube channel, the content was removed for violating the platform's rules. In the first place, this includes videos in which the war in Ukraine was called a "liberation mission."
Despite the strict censorship in Russia, YouTube is reportedly not banned there, and it works despite the platform's rules forbidding denying the intrusion or downplaying it.
