Ukrainian girls win: International Championship among beauty specialists took place in Poland
The International Open Championship of Beauty Services 2022 took place in Poznan on May 8 as part of the Beauty Vision exhibition. Within it the eyebrow and make-up artists from various countries competed for the awards in the following categories "Eyebrow Modeling and Painting", "Artistic Stage Makeup" and "Wedding Makeup".
The national team of the professional cosmetic brand ÉLAN, founded in Ukraine in 2016, won prizes in all the above nominations. Members of Ukrainian team Khrystyna Mykychur, Anastasia Yefremtseva, Anastasia Vashchenko took first, second and third places respectively in the nomination "Modeling and painting eyebrows". Iryna Soroka, Inna Nechyporenko, Natalia Sylin were recognized as the best specialists in "Wedding Art Makeup", and Yulia Velychko was awarded first place for the best "Artistic Stage Makeup".
The national team of the ÉLAN brand included forty beauty specialists from Ukraine, Latvia and Germany. The participants of the championship demonstrated their skills on models.
The head coach of the team and a co-founder of ÉLAN Anna Kravchenko wrote about the victory in her Instagram:
"It is a great honor for me to be the head coach of the best team and to once again present our @elena_kurchina brand at the international level of the beauty industry."
Despite the hostilities, unrest and unstable learning conditions, Anna carefully trained the participants in online and offline formats. All in order for beauty specialists to worthily and professionally represent the Ukrainian industry at the international level.
The winner of the "Artistic Stage Makeup" nomination Yulia Velychko noted that since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, she remained in Ukraine and trained, literally, between the air-raid sirens.
"I wanted to present our Ukraine and the ÉLAN brand, which I joined, at the international beauty level. I'm grateful to my coaches for the support they provided. Be confident and believe in yourself and your abilities," said Yulia Velychko.
The founders of the ÉLAN brand do not stop there, because the UNIVERSE BEAUTY SHOW ONLINE championship for eyebrow makers and lamiemaker from all over the world is ahead.
By the way, since the beginning of Russia's great war against Ukraine, the brand's founders Anna Kravchenko and Olena Kurchyna have decided to regularly transfer part of the proceeds from the sale of products to charitable assistance to children affected by the war in Ukraine.
