Critical infrastructure rebuilt in Chernihiv region after russian occupation
On May 16, the regional administration will begin rebuilding critical infrastructure.
This was announced by the head of regional military administration, Viacheslav Chaus, in a video message.
"All procedures for transferring funds and approving estimates in the ministry have been completed, and this week, I hope, even today, the regional administration together with balance holders and contractors will start rebuilding critical infrastructure facilities: electricity, water, hospitals, and kindergartens. It is very difficult to live in Chernihiv without these facilities. The second stage is the housing stock. We will reach it, but after the critical infrastructure," he said.
Chaus said that 150 million had already been allocated and were in the treasury accounts of the region. Some of them have been transferred to the Capital Construction Department and work will begin on May 16.
