According to the leader, the entire Luhansk region is without water and electricity.

Haidai also stressed that the invaders in Novopskov arbitrarily interfered in the operation of the main gas pipeline, which transports gas to the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

According to the head of the regional military administration, more than 21 thousand subscribers of the Luhansk region still have a gas supply. They are residents of five settlements, and not all of them have gas.

"However, yesterday we recorded unauthorized changes in the modes of gas transportation, which indicate the closure of gas taps at the compressor station in the temporarily occupied Novopskov.

In particular, it's the main gas pipeline Novopskov-Shebelinka, which transports gas to the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

In addition, the authorities obtained information about the unauthorized interference of the Novopskov industrial site in gas transit flows.

Unauthorized selection of transit gas from the Soiuz main gas pipeline to gas pipelines in the uncontrolled territory of Luhansk and Donetsk regions has been recorded. In fact, it is a theft of gas.

As reported by Rubryka, the regional authorities constantly ask the residents of the region not to delay the evacuation.
