"Russian oil is full of Ukrainian blood": Kuleba appealed to the EU regarding the oil embargo
The European Union (EU) should impose a real embargo on russian oil, said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. He added that any mixture with russian oil should be considered 100% russian oil.
"If world leaders and businesses are serious about ending Russian war crimes, they must first deprive Putin of oil revenues. Enough excuses and half-measures while Ukrainians are being bombed, killed, tortured, and raped. Russian oil is full of Ukrainian blood. Stop buying it!" Kuleba wrote on Twitter.

He stressed that the EU should impose a real embargo on russian oil. The Foreign Minister noted that russia was desperately trying to circumvent the restrictions already imposed.
"Let's be clear: any blend containing any Russian oil should be treated as 100% Russian oil. Don't let Russians cheat their way around restrictions," Kuleba added.
