Ukrainian Armed Forces repulsed ten attacks by russian occupiers in eastern Ukraine, General Staff reports

In the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repulsed ten attacks by the russian occupiers, destroyed six tanks, eight armored units and fifteen vehicles, and four artillery systems.

This is stated in the report of the General Staff.

The Battalion Tactical Group of the 136th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 58th General Army of the Southern Military District, operating in the Kurakhove direction, suffered significant casualties (up to 250 men) and lost up to 10 units of multiple rocket and artillery systems.

Also, according to available information, the personnel of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division of the 8th All-Military Army of the Southern Military District, involved in the war in Ukraine, did not receive the so-called "combat" funds for March. As a result, the military is dissatisfied and outraged.

On April 20, about 220 russian servicemen and more than 50 bodies of the dead invaders were taken to Novoaidar Hospital.

The russians intensified fighting along the entire line of contact in the Donetsk and Tavria directions.

The enemy stormed the area of ​​Zarichne and, with the help of a battalion, tried to advance in the area of ​​Rubizhne.

In the Sloboda direction, the enemy, with forces of up to seven battalion tactical groups from the 6th All-Army, coastal troops of the Baltic and Northern Fleets, continues to partially block Kharkiv, firing on Ukrainian troops and critical infrastructure.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, the enemy did not take active action, and no signs of the formation of offensive groups were found. Border cover in the western and north-western directions has been strengthened. Air defense forces and means have been transferred to reinforced duty. The protection of headquarters, communications centers, military camps, arsenals, bases, and warehouses for weapons, military equipment, and fuel and lube has been strengthened.

In the Izium direction, the russians concentrated up to 25 BTGs from the 1st Panzer Army, the 20th and 35th All-Military Armies, and the 68th Army Corps of the Eastern Military District, and the airborne troops of the russian Armed Forces.

The enemy is trying to advance in the direction of the settlement of Zavody. It went to the northern outskirts of Dibrovne, trying to gain a foothold on the frontier.

Defensive battles with the enemy continue in the direction of Novtoshkivske and Popasna.

The enemy continues to try to storm the Maryinka area with the support of artillery.

At the same time, the enemy is reinforcing troops in the Zaporizhzhia direction. Measures for the logistical support of the occupying forces are underway.

In the Pivedennyi Buh direction, the enemy continues to fire on units of the Defense Forces, tried to conduct reconnaissance by fighting in the Trudoliubivka area, suffered losses, and retreated to previously occupied positions.

In the temporarily occupied territories, enemy units continue to block the movement of local people, looting and artificially approaching the humanitarian crisis, destroying critical infrastructure, and blocking the delivery of humanitarian aid from Ukraine. There have been cases of executions of civilians and volunteers.

In addition, 15 air targets were destroyed: nine UAVs, three planes, and three helicopters.
