This was reported by Rubryka, referring to the Telegram of the head of the Luhansk Regional State/Military Administration Serhii Haidai.
"The Russians didn't stop at destroying the infrastructure in Kreminna; six more houses were destroyed, and 12 were destroyed in the region.
The most destruction was in Kreminna yesterday. Two houses were demolished to the ground after direct hits by russian shells. Four more were engulfed in flames; the fires were extinguished, but whether they are viable is a moot point.
The enemy is firing on high-rise buildings, realizing that there are still people there," the statement said.
Haidai said that in Rubizhne russians aimed at an apartment, and the owner of the apartment was rescued; he had numerous shrapnel wounds.
Also, on April 18, two more houses were demolished in Rubizhne, where "almost nothing is left."
Three houses were destroyed in Lysychansk.
A car came under fire near Sievierodonetsk. Rescuers were able to tow him to safety in a timely manner and evacuate people.
The leader added that in the last 24 hours in the territory of the Luhansk region and Donetsk region defenders of Ukraine repulsed 7 attacks of the enemy, and destroyed:

- one artillery system,
- mortar with calculation.
Air defense units shot down one enemy Su-30 fighter jet and four Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles.
