This was reported in the Telegram by the special forces unit Azov, which is defending the city.
"About an hour ago, the russian occupation forces used a poisonous substance of unknown origin against Ukrainian military and civilians in the city of Mariupol, which was dropped from an enemy UAV.
The victims have respiratory failure, vestibular ataxia," the statement reads.
The main efforts of the enemy are aimed at:
- preparation for the defeat of the Joint forces,
- establishing full control over Donetsk and Luhansk regions,
- ensuring a stable overland corridor with the temporarily occupied Crimea.
