Rubryka reports, referring to the Telegram channel of the Head of the Luhansk regional state (military) administration, Serhii Haidai.
According to the leader, five people have been injured and one has died in Rubizhne over the past 24 hours.
The russians also destroyed 11 more residential buildings.
"These are the consequences of the shelling of the residential districts of Rubizhne, Lysychansk, Popasna, Severodonetsk, and Toshkivka by the russian army on April 5.
The shelling of the russians damaged 2 high-rise buildings and 9 private houses.
In the old part of Severodonetsk, garages caught fire; in Rubizhne, tanks with nitric acid, are burning, preliminarily, without consequences.
Three floors of the residential building in Popasna burned down at once.
A resident of Rubizhne was killed and five others were injured in enemy fire. Seven were rescued alive from the rubble," the statement said.
Rescuers worked with seven fires in the housing stock of the Luhansk region.
