Russia is conducting chaotic fire on Kharkiv, head of administration reports
The Russian occupiers are firing chaotic fire on Kharkiv with various weapons to destabilize the situation in the city.
This was stated by the Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleh Siniehubov in a video message on Telegram.
"If we take the previous 24 hours, the Shevchenkivskyi district was affected. Traditionally, unfortunately, Pivnichna Saltivka and Piatyhatky districts were affected. There were fires, which were promptly eliminated by SES units. We are still clarifying the information about the injured and dead.
However, we are faced with the fact that the enemy is not aiming fire, but chaotically firing shells from rocket-propelled grenade launchers, artillery, mortars in order to destabilize the situation in Kharkiv, not allowing us to return to more or less normal life, even in those conditions, where we find ourselves," he noted.
In the Kharkiv region, according to him, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are pushing the enemy away from Kharkiv in the Derhachy and Rohan directions.
Also about 11 o'clock in the Kharkiv district, air defense forces shot down the Russian fighter.
Siniehubov said that the most critical point in the region remained Izium, where fighting continues.
