The head of the Luhansk regional military administration Serhii Haidai informs about it on Telegram.
According to the head, two children are in serious condition.
"The parents received shrapnel wounds. Their condition has stabilized.
The situation with children is much more difficult. They are in critical condition at a local hospital," the statement said.
Haidai said that the girl, born in 2020, had a gunshot fragment wound to the abdomen and shrapnel wounds to both lower extremities.
The boy, born in 2014, has multiple gunshot fragment wounds to both feet and legs.
"According to doctors, it is very likely that children will have amputations of both legs.
Now doctors are fighting for their lives," he said.
