Ed Sheeran, Jamala, and other popular singers raised $16 million for Ukrainians at a concert in Birmingham

To support Ukrainians at a concert in Birmingham, Jamala performed the song 1944, with which she won Eurovision-2016

The BBC reported this.

A charity concert in support of Ukraine took place in Birmingham on March 29, with singing by Ed Sheeran, Jamala, Tom Odell, Neil Rogers, and many other stars.

About $16 million was raised during the concert.

"Thank you very much to all the musicians for supporting Ukraine. For standing together with Ukraine, because it is really important for us," the singer told the guests.

Jamala has already taken part in several charity concerts in support of Ukraine in different countries

The initiator of the event, Ed Sheeran, not only sang on stage but also added a video of the Antibodies band to the story on Instagram, with which he, unfortunately, could not sing live.

The singer released a clip of the song "Hello."

Ed sang with singer Camila Cabello.

Singer Billy Ailish also supported the Ukrainians, but, unfortunately, could not attend the charity concert.

Billy and his brother recorded a short video address in support of Ukraine.
