The Russian military destroyed the nine-story building of the Mykolaiv regional administration
The Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitalii Kim reports about it.
He noted that the blow was inflicted at about 08:45 when civil servants just went to work.
As of 9:25 a.m., nine victims were released from the rubble by SES units. People were handed over to medics.
According to Kim, half of the building was practically destroyed, including the office of the head of the regional state administration. Most people miraculously escaped. This is from 50 to 100 people. Eight civilians and three servicemen are currently searched for.
The head of the administration, Vitalii Kim, was miraculously not injured; he overslept.
Kim also warned that enemy aircraft flew from Crimea to Mykolaiv.
"Enemy aircraft flew from Crimea to Mykolayiv. The number is unknown. They will work at very low altitudes. Everyone, take cover!" the message reads.
