This was reported by the SES of Ukraine on Facebook, Rubryka reports.
According to rescuers, "As of 11:30 a.m., units of the State Emergency Service released one person from the rubble of the Regional State Administration in Mykolaiv and rescued 18 victims, who were handed over to medics.
Rescuers continue to search and rescue operations at the scene."
As reported by Rubryka, on March 29 at about 08:45 in Mykolaiv, as a result of shelling and hitting a nine-story administrative building, where the regional state administration and regional council are located.
The central section of the building was destroyed from the 9th to the 1st floor, without subsequent burning.
To recap, on February 24, Russia launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
Since then, Russian troops have been shelling civilians, including with prohibited weapons.
They are destroying the infrastructure of cities and towns, creating humanitarian catastrophes in the occupied settlements.
