Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff announced Russian army's losses as of March 29: 256 planes and helicopters, 17,200 Russian soldiers
The Ukrainian military destroyed 597 occupying tanks and about 17,200 Russian servicemen

Russia lost about 17,200 troops in the war with Ukraine.
The total combat losses of the enemy from February 24 to March 29 were approximately as follows:
- tanks – 597 units,
- armored combat vehicles – 1710 units,
- artillery systems – 303 units,
- MLRS – 96 units,
- air defense means – 54 units,
- aircraft – 127 units,
- helicopters – 129 units,
- automotive equipment – 1178 units,
- ships / boats – 7 units,
- fuel tanks – 73,
- UAV of operational and tactical level l – 71,
- Special machinery – 21,
- OTRK / TRK launchers – 4.
