Occupiers kidnapped Kherson Regional Drama Theater director-general

The Russian aggressors kidnapped the general director of the Kherson Regional Drama Theater, the president of the Melpomene of Tavria international theater festival, the chair of the Eurasian Theater Association Oleksandr Knyha.

This was announced by Oleshky Mayor Yevhen Ryshchuk on Facebook.

"About half an hour ago, Oleksandr Knyha, the director of our Kherson Drama Theater, was arrested," Ryshchuk said.

According to Ryshchuk, Oleksandr Knyka is a resident of Oleshky, and the Russian aggressors took him away in an unknown direction.

According to Ryshchuk, Russian aggressors are taking more and more people. The mayor also stressed that if he is taken away, there should be no panic in the city, because all services are working, everything is worked out.

In the Kherson region, the Russian occupiers kidnapped the director of the Chornianka Lyceum of the Tavriisk City Council, Viktor Kudlai. Also among the missing are Spanish volunteer Mario and Nova Kakhovka activist Serhii Tsyhipa.

The day before, it was reported that the Russian aggressor had abducted the mayor of Stara Zburiivka and another resident of Nova Zburiivka.

On March 22, the Russian military abducted Kakhovka resident Mykola Shakhaiev, born in 1985, from his apartment. Also on March 22, Ihor Prusaiev, born in 1999, was abducted on the street by the Russian military.

Earlier, Russian invaders released Kakhovka journalist Oleh Baturin, whose fate has been unknown since March 12. He was held captive for almost eight days.
