"The tragedy happened in the evening when the Russian army intensified the shelling. At about 20:00, the enemy hit a high-rise building in Rubizhne. The shell exploded on the fifth floor. Rescuers found three dead, two of them children.
The enemy doesn't stop and continues to stubbornly aim at civilians. Today, the world will once again learn that the so-called 'Russian world' is the death of young children," the leader said.
Also in the evening, the shelling ignited an enterprise and an educational institution in Rubizhne.
In addition, rescuers continued to extinguish the flames at the Lysychansk refinery.
Five more fires broke out in five residential buildings in Kreminna and three in Rubizhne.
Haidai stressed that in recent days, Russians had been targeting businesses on purpose.
