Russia fired on the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration on March 2. On the first day, rescuers reported seven dead, later 10 victims.
There is still no final information, as the work is ongoing. As of March 23, according to Yevhen Vasylenko, a spokesperson for the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Kharkiv Region, the number of victims was 24.
