President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will take part in the NATO summit on March 24 in video format.
The spokesperson for the Head of State Serhii Nikiforov announced this, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
"Ukraine will take an active part in it. As we determine so far. At least it will be a presidential address, at most, full participation, of course, in video format. The format of participation will be known in the coming days," said Nikiforov.
According to him, Zelenskyy will speak at the summit about the need to stop Russia's war crimes against the Ukrainian population and civilian infrastructure.
