"Hadiach Safari": in the north of Poltava region, hunters took away 10 tanks and other equipment from the enemy

After the clash with the Ukrainian military in the north of the Poltava region, some of the invaders fled. The local hunters began the hunt for the enemy, and have already taken away more than 10 enemy tanks, other equipment, as well as machine guns and submachine guns.

This was reported in the press service of the Poltava Regional Military Administration.

"In the north of the region, there are battles with the Russian occupiers. We are talking about the Okhtyrka direction. In addition, the so-called 'Hadiach safari' continues; hunters not only 'hunt' with rifles but also took machine guns and submachine guns from the occupiers, as well as more than 10 tanks and other equipment. It was handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, repaired, and is already working for our army," said Dmytro Lunin, head of the Poltava Regional State Administration.

According to him, about 15 thousand people are involved in the ranks of terrorist defense in the region.

"Those who didn't join the Armed Forces, including the Territorial Defense, must continue to work. The economic front is also very important. Poltava region is now a rear region, so we must ensure the efficient operation of the economy here," Lunin added.

The head of the administration also noted that more than 500 wounded soldiers and civilians were admitted to hospitals of the Poltava region from the Sumy and Kharkiv regions. They were given full assistance.
