If not with weapons, then the word: Azov urges Ukrainians to support besieged Mariupol
Fighters of a separate detachment of Azov special forces called on Ukrainians to support Mariupol surrounded by the enemy, if not with weapons in hand, then at rallies with posters
The video address was presented to Telegram by the Deputy Commander of the Azov Regiment, Captain Sviatoslav Palamar.
"21 days of the heroic defense of the outpost of Ukraine, Mariupol!
I call on all those who care about the fate of Mariupol, those who left the city and whose relatives and friends stayed here.
Who was born in this seaside fortress and who knew Mariupol before its destruction by the Russian horde.
If you can't hold a weapon in your hands, or you don't fight on other fronts of Ukraine, go out, no matter what city or country you are in, go out on the street with the message "Mariupol is Ukraine!"
He also called for going out alone and calling friends, writing posters, addressing journalists, distributing posts on the Internet.
It is necessary that Mariupol be on the lips of the whole world, "so that it is not buried under the ruins and we do not accept its destruction."
"Every day, the defenders of the city, being completely surrounded, bravely and selflessly beat the enemy, destroy equipment, destroy generals, officers, soldiers of the Russian Federation, and just traitors to the Motherland.
If you are not among us with weapons in hand, arm yourself with words, and act," the Azov representative concluded.
Note.
Since the beginning of March, the occupiers have been keeping the city of Mariupol surrounded.
They thwart all attempts to evacuate civilians through "humanitarian corridors."
Mariupol is under constant shelling by aircraft and artillery of Russian invaders.
On March 15, Iryna Vereshchuk, Minister for the Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories, said that Mariupol, the Donetsk region, had not yet received humanitarian aid.
There are also no corridors in the city for the normal evacuation of the population.
On March 14, the Russians missed only 160 private cars from Mariupol.
On March 15, about 20,000 people left Mariupol by a private corridor in private cars.
