300 billion Russian dollars reserved for Ukraine - Zelenskyy's adviser

$300 billion of the Central Bank of Russia is already reserved for Ukraine

This was announced by Adviser to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy Oleh Ustenko during a telethon quoted by Rubryka.

"There are 300 billion dollars that have already been reserved for us; these are funds from the Central Bank of Russia, which are in accounts outside Russia and which will come to us.

These are funds that will additionally come to the fund, which will come from the seized property of the Russian so-called elite… which will be further sold on the market," Ustenko said.

To do this, the so-called debt obligations, bonds will be issued.

Ustenko stressed that if, for example, one takes the Chelsea football club, the rights have been arrested. So, you can not sell it now.

And if you issue securities, bonds, buy them, you only then sell this club and return the money in bonds.

The funds from the sold bonds will go to the fund that is being formed for the reconstruction of Ukraine.

To recap, Ukraine in The Hague insists on creating a separate account in the EU, to which Russia will receive funds for gas and oil.

Then they will be aimed at restoring Ukraine's economy and reparations.
