Several “green” corridors will be opened in Sumy region: what is known

On March 15, the so-called humanitarian corridors for the removal of people from Sumy and several cities of the region were agreed upon.

This was announced by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi in Telegram.

According to him, "green corridors" will be opened from the cities of Sumy, Konotop, Shostka, Trostianets, and Lebedyn.

Their action will last from 9:00 to 21:00.

The following "green corridors" have been agreed for March 15:

Trostianets – Lubny (Trostianets – Sumy (on the bypass around the city) – Holubivka – Vilshana – Nedrihailiv – Korovyntsi – Romny – Andriashivka – Lokhvytsia – Lubny).

Partly by bus and personal transport.

Place of gathering and route in Trostianets:

• street Keniha – Kuts Stadium
• street Skriabina
• street Tatarenko
• street Bohdana Khmelnytskoho
• street Hryshyna (bypass)
• street Shevchenka and further towards the city of Sumy.

The departure time of the convoy: 9:00

Also, additional buses will leave Lokhvytsia, their departure time will be announced later.

Sumy – Lubny (Sumy – Holubivka – Vilshana – Nedrihailiv – Korovyntsi – Romny – Andriashivka – Lokhvytsia – Lubny).

Columns of people are leaving the city of Sumy by personal transport.

Buses will be sent from the town of Lokhvytsia to Sumy Region to take out people who do not have personal transport.

The main gathering place in Sumy is near the monument to Alyosha (area of school 2).

Additional gathering points (only for pregnant women, women with children, the elderly, people with disabilities):

• BC Khimik,
• street Internatsionalistiv, near the market, Svitlana shopping
• Bilbou, on Kurskyi Avenue,
• Manufactory Shopping Center.
• The time of the meeting will be specified later, but preliminarily, it is from 13:00 to 14:00.

The total start time of the column is 9:00.

Lebedyn – Lubny (Vorozhba (Lebedyn community) – Byshkin – Lebedyn – Shtepivka – Nedrihailiv – Korovyntsi – Romny – Andriashivka – Lokhvytsia – Lubny).

Columns of people leave Lebedyn by personal transport and buses.

Place of collection: Lebedyn, street Sumy 12. Time of departure of the column: 9:00.

Konotop – Lubny (Konotop – Shevchenkove – Khmeliv – Romny – Andriashivka – Lokhvytsia – Lubny).

Convoys of people leave Konotop by personal transport and buses. Meeting place: the square in front of the City Council. The departure time of the convoy: 9:00.

Shostka – Lubny (Shostka – Krolevets – Konotop – Shevchenkove – Khmeliv – Romny – Andriashivka – Lokhvytsia – Lubny).

Convoys of people leave Shostka by personal transport and buses.

Meeting place: the square in front of the City Council. The departure time of the column: 9:00.

The time of ceasefire on the routes of the "green corridors" will last from 9:00 to 21:00. Departure time from Sumy is 19:30.

Zhyvytskyi stressed that women, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities board evacuation buses first.

People can take their pets with them.

At the same time, there can be no men, except for driving cars, the head of the region summed up.
