This was announced on Facebook by the Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhii Haidai and published a photo of burning residential high-rises.

As a result of the 'Russian liberation,' civilians were killed and wounded. It is extremely difficult to count exactly because the shelling does not subside," the head of the region wrote.
According to him, social media report on the search for people, many of whom are missing.
Haidai stated that 47 private and multi-story buildings and infrastructure facilities in the cities of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, and Popasna were destroyed or damaged yesterday.
The shelling also damaged two schools and a gas pipeline in the city of Severodonetsk.
The Head of the Administration stressed that they lack the SES staff because it is burning everywhere, and enemy shells continue to fly overhead.
"Cities of the region are unrecognizable… In the photo, Severodonetsk, there are similar ones in each settlement of the region, the residents of the region are heroes. Our regional center is a complete ruin. The humanitarian situation is critical," Haidai wrote.
