To recap, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Karim Khan, has announced that he will launch an investigation into possible war crimes and crimes against humanity in Ukraine. Lithuania has applied to the International Court of Justice to investigate war crimes committed by Russia and Belarus in Ukraine.
On the first day of the invasion of Ukraine, Karim Khan announced that The Hague plans to study Russia's war crimes during the invasion of Ukraine.
At the same time, Ukraine filed a lawsuit with the UN Court, also located in The Hague.
