The British Minister is ready to shelter Ukrainian refugees at home
The Minister of Transport of Great Britain, Grant Shapps, stated that he was ready to offer his house as a place to accommodate Ukrainian refugees who left the country as a result of Russian aggression.
He announced this on Twitter.
"We've spent the past few weeks as a family discussing the devastating situation in Ukraine, and so we intend to apply today to join other UK households in offering our home to provide refuge to Ukrainians until it is safe for them to return to their country," Shapps wrote.
