In the Luhansk region, the occupiers are hitting Popasna with phosphorous ammunition
This was announced by Deputy Chief of the Patrol Police Oleksiy Biloshytskyi on FB.
"Popasna. The use of phosphate munitions. Destructive, destroying, distorting force," the statement said.
Note.
Such munitions contain poisonous white phosphorus.
These can be air bombs, artillery shells, missiles, mines, hand grenades.
The Geneva Convention prohibits the use of white phosphorus munitions.
