"Don't let yourself be drawn into the war, you don't need it": Arestovych addresses Belarusians
Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President, Oleksii Arestovych, addressed the Belarusian people after Russian troops attacked the territory of Belarus from Ukraine.
Arestovych published his address on Facebook.
"Dear Belarusians, today Lukashenko is in Moscow. And just during his visit, Russian planes hit the territory of Ukraine in the Rivne region at 14:00, turned around, and hit Belarus. After that, Belarusian soldiers marched in joyful columns towards the border. The Russians are already deliberately provoking not just using your military infrastructure. Now the direct provocation is a strike on Ukrainian territory, then on Belarusian territory. Please share this video. Don't let yourself be drawn into the war. You don't need it. We killed more than 12,000 Russian soldiers in one day. Belarus doesn't need this, believe me," said Oleksii Arestovych, an adviser to the president's office.
