"The occupier again carried out a brutal attack on civilians. After a war crime in Mariupol, today the enemy hit the Oskil psychoneurological care home with a direct hit.
73 people were evacuated to the neighboring home, at the time of the enemy's defeat there were 330 people inside. Of these, 50 are sedentary, 10 wards are in wheelchairs. The number of victims is being established," the statement said.
