Ukrainian military liberated a village in Chernihiv region
On Thursday, in the Polissia and Volyn directions, the Armed Forces forced the occupiers to retreat to unfavorable borders, and in the Siverskyi direction, the settlement of Baklanov Muraviika (Kulykiv district, Chernihiv region) was liberated.
This is stated in the operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 6 p.m.
"Ukraine's defense forces are repelling and holding back the offensive operation of the Russian armed forces in all directions," the statement said.
During the day, the defenders of Ukraine in the Polissia and Volyn directions forced the enemy to retreat to unfavorable borders. The settlement of Baklanov Muraviika was liberated in the northern direction."
It is noted that the defenders of Kyiv are firmly holding the borders, protecting the critical infrastructure of the city.
The Russian occupiers were stopped in all directions. The enemy suffered significant losses in personnel, weapons, and equipment.
It is reported that in the area of the village of Shestovytsia, Chernihiv region, the occupiers are looking for a way to surrender.
On Thursday, the invaders focused their efforts on spreading misinformation and propaganda through all available news channels.
"Despite the fact that the personnel of the Russian armed forces located on the territory of Ukraine is isolated from objective information, information about the real disgraceful state of affairs for Russia is still coming to them. The rumors are spreading about tunability of the Russian Defense Ministry to pay financial support because of sanctions, which in turn demoralizes the personnel of the occupying forces," the General Staff said.
